Sound Healing: Music affects people emotionally

Some argue that we all naturally possess music, rather than it being a creation or discovery. It is therefore not unexpected that music has been used for centuries to treat a wide range of ailments.
There are many uses for music, such as communication, celebration, ritual, entertainment, expressiveness, and relaxation. Whether we like it or not, music connects individuals from all walks of life, cultures, and religions.

Ancient Greece is where sound healing first appeared. Apollo, the god of both medicine and music, Aesculapius treated mental diseases using music. Philosophers Plato and Aristotle maintained that music affects the emotions and soul. Hippocrates entertained his patients with music as well.
Ancient Egyptian temples demonstrated the use of music therapy. In biblical times, people used tools to drive evil spirits out of people's souls. Dance and music are used in Native American culture to heal the sick.
It is still used in the fields of spiritual growth and medicine. Despite being viewed as a substitute for modern medicine, a substantial body of research indicates that it is both advantageous and essential to our mental and emotional health. Sound healing, sometimes known as music therapy, has origins in both psychology and neurology.
